Attorney Nick Tsoromokos

NICK TSOROMOKOS, ESQ.
Managing Partner

With over 20 years of experience as a real estate attorney in New York, Mr. Tsoromokos specializes in condominiums, cooperative apartments, and complex transactions. In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Tsoromokos leads the firm's legal and administrative teams, overseeing business development, talent recruitment and mentorship, compliance, and day-to-day operations. Mr. Tsoromokos also supervises the firm's highly experienced Greek Legal Services attorneys, ensuring responsive, high-quality legal services to a diverse clientele in New York and internationally.

As a seasoned condominium and cooperative attorney, Mr. Tsoromokos advises clients on the formation, registration, marketing, financing, and sale of both residential and commercial condominium and co-op developments throughout New York and surrounding areas. His expertise includes navigating the complex requirements of New York State Department of Law filings, such as offering plans, public statements, and no-action letter applications.

Mr. Tsoromokos oversees the Greek Legal Services division, where he works with international clients seeking legal assistance in Greece with matters involving Greek citizenship, dual citizenship with Greece, and Greek inheritance law. Fluent in English and Greek, Mr. Tsoromokos assists clients in navigating the often complex process of handling legal matters across borders. His practical experience, combined with an understanding of international protocols, allows him to effectively support individuals and businesses managing affairs in Greece while based abroad.

Legal Background & Experience

Prior to forming his firm with partner Anthony Papadopoulos, Mr. Tsoromokos gained industry- specific and practical experience while working as an associate of Gary Rosen, Esq., founder of Rosen Law LLC. While working with Attorney Rosen, Mr. Tsoromokos gained extensive expertise in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactional law, as well as condominium formation law.

Mr. Tsoromokos earned his Juris Doctorate at Hofstra University School of Law, is admitted to practice in the state of New York, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Anthony Papadopoulos is a founding Partner of Tsoromokos & Papadopoulos, PLLC, specializing in Real Estate law and Personal Injury law.

He also handles powers of attorney, certified translations, and conducts detailed property and title research across Greece.

With a passion for genealogical research, Mr. Papadopoulos supports clients in uncovering family roots and validating ancestral claims, especially when clients believe they’ve reached a dead end. His research has helped families unlock eligibility for Greek citizenship and inheritance rights, adding to the firm's international legal services.

Legal Background & Community Leadership

Mr. Papadopoulos earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York State and the District of Columbia. He is also the President of the Panelian Federation of USA and Canada, a board member of the Paneliakos Society of New York, and a member of AHEPA. THEKLA MANOLOUDIS
Client Relations Supervisor

Thekla Manoloudis serves as the Client Relations Supervisor at Tsoromokos & Papadopoulos, PLLC, where she oversees client service operations and acts as the main point of contact between clients and attorneys. With a focus on clarity, accessibility, and personalized support, she guides individuals through legal matters involving Greek citizenship, inheritance, and real estate transactions.

Fluent in English and Greek, Thekla assists clients with documentation, consular communications, and case coordination across both U.S. and Greek jurisdictions. Her role is especially vital in helping clients pursue dual citizenship, manage estate transfers, or address property issues in Greece.

Thekla brings a strong background in public service and entrepreneurship, holding a Master’s in Public Administration from Baruch College. Before joining the firm, she founded Raising Astoria, a well-regarded community space for local families.

CHRISTINA DORVILLE
Translations and Applications Administrator

Christina Dorville is the Translations and Applications Administrator at Tsoromokos & Papadopoulos, PLLC, where she oversees the preparation, translation, and submission of key legal documents for clients pursuing Greek citizenship, dual citizenship, inheritance matters, and property-related filings. She specializes in certified translations, Greek powers of attorney, and cross-border documentation, ensuring that legal processes move forward accurately and efficiently.

Christina brings a strong background in journalism and international communications, having worked as a magazine editor and news writer for various Greek and Greek-American publications. She also served as an assistant to chief correspondents at the United Nations, gaining valuable experience in international document management and diplomatic communication.

Fluent in English and Greek, Christina works closely with both clients and attorneys to navigate the detailed requirements of Greek legal procedures. Her attention to detail and cross-cultural expertise make her an essential part of the firm’s Greek Legal Services team.

CHRIS SKOURAS
Document Intake Supervisor

Chris Skouras is the Document Intake Supervisor at Tsoromokos & Papadopoulos, PLLC, where he manages all document processing and intake for the firm’s Greek Legal Services and Real Estate departments. He plays a critical role in coordinating document authentication, including Apostille certification pursuant to the Hague Convention, ensuring that legal documents meet the strict requirements for recognition in both Greece and the United States. In addition to his focus on Greek citizenship applications, registrations, and inheritance matters, Chris provides essential support in real estate transactions. He ensures that all closing documents are properly prepared, organized, and ready in advance of real estate closings, helping facilitate smooth and timely transactions. His understanding of cross-border legal protocols allows clients to navigate complex bureaucratic procedures with greater ease and confidence.

A graduate of St. John’s University with honors, Chris brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to every case. He is set to begin law school in the fall of 2025, furthering his commitment to international legal practice and supporting clients with ties to Greece.
